Each project is covered by a Contracts or Site Manager and a dedicated site foreman is then appointed to supervise and co-ordinate the works in line with each client’s requirements, our company procedures in conjunction with our high quality and safety standards.
To ensure the smooth running of the contract our dedicated management team attend all co-ordination, progress and safety meetings and provide the regular management reports. Additionally they take a positive role in any project initiatives such as:-
• Hazard/Near Miss Reporting
• Key Performance Indicators
• Team Building
This pro-active approach leads to a no blame culture and enable everyone’s focus to be maintained on achieving the timely safe completion of the works.
